MYST Series Steam Covers

I made book style Steam covers for the MYST series because the Riven remake just came out and it's really good. You might recognize the Riven cover from the render I posted a while ago. I just re-rendered and cropped it to fit the size of a Steam cover.

My favorite out of these is definitely the MYST cover. Super happy with how the textures turned out, and how I was able to use vertex painting to make the worn, damaged spots.

MYST IV's cover was a nightmare. I actually posted a previous version of it in a few places even though I knew it looked like absolute garbage. I don't think I've ever gotten mad at myself for posting something I considered subpar before, but this one did it. So I went and redid the crappy emblem. It was tedious, but I finally managed something that looked acceptable. On top of the emblem being complete shite, it was also off-center and I forgot to put a bevel on the text, so it looked flat and dull. This old version is still up on my Tumblr if you care to compare.

I haven't watermarked or Glazed these because they're meant to be used as custom cover art for a Steam collection, and you're free to use them for that purpose if you wish.
